We still have over 200 Veterans on the waiting list and are working to keep up with the applications that continue to arrive on a daily basis.

One area that we are constantly addressing is having applications submitted for post-Vietnam era Veterans.  The Gulf War 1 memorial is planned to be completed in the  fall of 2026 so we will begin to take applications for Veterans who served through July of 1991. Veterans of more recent conflicts however, could escort other Veterans as Guardians or contribute in other ways to HFBA.
