Our Next Tours

We are looking forward to hosting our valued Veterans on our 11th flight season this year. We will be watching for any COVID requirements for all of our flights this year. We dropped the COVID vaccination requirement when the CDC, airports, and public transportation dropped that requirement. However, we strongly recommend the use of masks to protect yourself and others during our events. We look forward to continuing our program to fulfill our mission as indicated by the below travel schedule.

Gate Access Pass

Click here to obtain a gate access pass if you would like to send off your veteran from SFO or greet them on the return home!

Please be aware that you will need to pass through TSA security to get to the gate. This means that you will need a valid TSA approved photo ID or passport in order to meet the send-off or return party at the gate.
Send-offs are at 9:00am on the day of travel and 10:00pm on the day of return. Gate Pass requests are to be made at least 24 hours in advance and are to be picked up by 7:00am on the day of departure and 8pm on the day of return.
